Technologies.

The languages, frameworks and tools we work with, from frontend to database. We pick the technology to fit the project, not the other way round.

20 technologies in 6 categories

Languages04

TypeScript is our starting choice for websites and web apps: types catch mistakes before they reach production. Python comes in for data, automation and AI integrations. PHP when there is an existing system to extend or a hosting setup that requires it.

Frontend frameworks04

Next.js (React) and Nuxt (Vue) are the frameworks we build with most often: they render pages on the server, so they are fast and readable by search engines. This website is built with Next.js, the Dionisi Group one with Nuxt 4.

Backend and runtimes03

Node.js when frontend and backend can share a language and its types; Python with Django or FastAPI when data or AI models are at the centre. The choice takes into account the skills the client already has in house: the software must be maintainable without us too.

Databases and data03

PostgreSQL is the database we propose for almost all business software and web apps: reliable, open, with no licence costs. MySQL when the project or the hosting already relies on it, Redis for caching and job queues.

Mobile and creative02

React Native to bring a product to iOS and Android from a single codebase, reusing what the team already knows about React. Three.js, on top of WebGL, for 3D and real-time graphics in the browser.

  • React Native

Tools and DevOps04

Git on every project, with automated checks on every change. Docker for the same environment in development and production, Tailwind CSS for consistent, lightweight interfaces, Figma for prototypes and design systems.
